SheChangedIt Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SheChangedIt, a mobile wellness application owned and operated by We Community Corp, a C Corporation registered in Delaware, USA (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SheChangedIt mobile application (“App”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.


2. Account Registration

You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.


3. Subscriptions & Payments

a. Subscription Plans
SheChangedIt offers premium access via recurring monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscription options and pricing are available within the App and may vary by platform or region.

b. Billing and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are managed and billed through the platform where the App was downloaded (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play). All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

c. Managing or Canceling Subscriptions
To cancel or manage your subscription, you must do so through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We Community Corp cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

d. Refunds
We do not issue refunds for subscription fees. Refunds, if any, must be requested directly through the App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their policies.

e. Changes to Pricing
We may change subscription pricing in the future. If we do, you will be notified in advance, and any changes will apply to your next billing cycle.


4. Wellness Disclaimer

The App provides wellness resources and tools, but it does not constitute medical or psychological advice. Always seek the guidance of qualified healthcare professionals regarding physical, mental, or emotional health issues.

Use of the App is at your own risk.


5. User Content

By submitting wellness logs, journal entries, or other personal data, you retain ownership of your content. You also grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized or aggregated content to improve the App, conduct research, and provide services.

You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your content.


6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our [Privacy Policy] for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features of the App (excluding user content) are the property of We Community Corp or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any portion of the App without prior written permission.


8. DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice to:

Your notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature

  • Identification of the copyrighted work

  • The location of the infringing material

  • Your contact details

  • A good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized

  • A statement that the information is accurate and made under penalty of perjury

We will investigate and may remove infringing content as required. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.


9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law. You may cancel your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.


10. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or complete accuracy of content.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Community Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Community Corp, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.


13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the new Terms.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
